On average 7,200 Americans die each year December-March; more Americans die during these cold months than any other time of year. The WwisdomWwealth #TakeALeapCampaign team partners with local outreaches and missions programs to bring new or lightly used winter necessities to families in need. All year long we specifically seek out all donations in relation to providing warmth for those without proper shelter during the fall and winter season. Everything from jackets, blankets, beanies, scarfs, gloves, thermos, underwear, socks etc are collected all year long.

This specific outreach  targets those living without appropriate shelter during this season of cold fall and winter months, Though this specific group of people will be the target for our outreach we give to others who are in a difficult situation and are in need of these winter necessities as we. Our WwisdomWwealth Warm Winter outreach  takes place annually in the third week of October.

PROJECT SAFE HAVEN.

Project Safe Haven is a living assistance program for single mothers in need. Safe Haven is a place where single mothers can come and experience revival in their well-being, finances, and living situation. Children living at Safe Haven will have opportunities to engage in programs geared towards positive role model influence and wholesome fun. Children of age will as well have opportunities to participate in big brother programs and other activities to assist in shaping positive character and bettering the community. Some of those activities will consist of free addition educational classes, community outreach participation, and free athletic training. Project Safe Haven is a WwisdomWwealth Foundation production. Safe Haven is currently in the building process, seeking out partners and donors to help make this happen. Every community needs to have a Safe Haven. Contact us to see how you can get involved.

Current Project: "SAFE HAVEN"

The WwisdomWwealth Community House currently acts as the initial headquarters of The WwisdomWwealth Foundation. Here we operate a community donation drop-off organization center and most importantly this home will provide a "SAFE HAVEN" to low-income single mothers and their children. The 2010 census for our area shows 7,821 single- mother homes in Palmdale alone, while in 2013 the number increases to 9,461 single- mother homes in Lancaster alone. As you can see from the numbers this project is of great benefit and much needed in the Antelope Valley.

Strategy & Current Partners

We are currently working to raise funds by reaching out to individuals, foundations, and organizations who engage in the same or similar work as us. We currently partner and assist Living Praise Community Center, Project Joy USA, All Nations International, and Love On Purpose. We will reach out and partner with more and more organizations until the work is complete. We are excited and enthusiastic about all the good that is being done!

Financial Plans and Project Projection

After careful calculation we have projected that we must raise 65,000 dollars. We have elected to purchase everything we can from Lowes in Palmdale CA; for everything we could not find under Lowes we did a detailed web search for prices. The funds will be used toward a renovation of both bathrooms complete with new floors, paint, showers, toilets, as well as mirrors and vanity sinks. New appliances will be purchased throughout the home; such as a new refrigerator, an electric stove, a washer and dryer set, and an a/c unit outside. We need to replace broken windows and doors. New paint will be applied for the entire inside and outside of the home and new flooring in each room. Also a fence will be added to the front of the property and new fencing for the backyard is much needed. We have calculated a 15,000 dollar cushion for any problems that may not be visible, labor cost, miscalculations, as well as anything that may need to be remodeled during the process.

#TakeALeapCampaign presents “Destination Desert Rescue.”

Throughout the Antelope Valley there are numerous vacant areas of desert land. These areas of land are often used for illegal activities such as underage drug and alcohol use, trash dumping, loitering, and just plain old ignorance. As the Nationals of the beautiful State of California, and the people of the Antelope Valley, we owe it to our future generations to preserve, put to good use, and treat these areas of land with due respect. It is time to unite as a people with a cause to rescue these desert destinations from their devastating past and give them hope for the future. Through unity, woman and manpower, time, skills, and money we will transform these areas from depreciating eye sores to naturally sustainable eco-friendly park centers keeping our children safe, out of trouble, and close to home all the while adding a pristine beauty to our neighborhoods and intentionally appreciating the values of our homes. Unite with the community for this cause and help do a little part to add wealth to our Antelope Valley.

Sincerely, The WwisdomWwealth Foundation Society.
